NETWORK BAKERY PROJECT

For decorating a bakery, it is better to order natural materials – stone, wood – or a high-quality imitation. All products must comply with fire safety rules and sanitary standards, be presentable, wear-resistant and easy to maintain. The lighting in the trading floor is dimmed, and supplemented with directional light – on showcases, racks and the cash register area (lamps cannot be directed at the seller or buyer). To emphasize design decisions, use decorative lighting.
