1. PRELIMINARY DESIGN
- General furniture layout for discussion and programming with different options scale 1/50
- Perspective views showing the overall mood, identity, spirit & design concept of the project for: all areas excluding storage rooms and technical areas
2. 3D VIZUALIZATION
- computer-generated images of the interior in photorealistic quality
3. EXECUTION DRAWINGS
Following your approval on the Preliminary Design, all necessary Plans and Detailed Drawings provided during the course of the execution of the project, such as:
- Seating/Fixture Floor Plans of all areas
- False Ceiling Plans including heights, profiles, coves, soffits, light fixtures, speakers and diffusers.
- Partition Plan
- Sanitary Axis Location
- AC machines and Ducting (distribution only) in coordination with appointed mechanical engineers
- Electrical Layout: power and low current (TV, TEL, DATA, etc) in coordination with appointed electrical engineers
- Lighting layout including type of fixtures
- Music distribution coordination with supplier
- Kitchen design coordination with supplier Kitchen technology (bars and restaurants)
- Bathrooms conceptual design with execution drawings including material and fittings selection
- Tiling and Floor Design and Details (including Reception Areas, Bathrooms & Kitchen)
- Doors: Typical doors, hidden doors, normal doors, sliding doors and door frames
- Wall panelling, TV units, Bookcase, Display units etc.
- Cupboards, dressing and bathroom cabinets.
4. CHOICE OF FURNITURE, MATERIALS & ACCESSORIES
- Colour, Textures and Materials
- Wood finish and Veneer
- Wall treatment (paint, special paint, wall paper, etc.)
- Curtains design and fabrics selection
- Floor and Wall Tiles and Materials (Marble, Ceramics, Wood, Fabrics, etc.)
- Lighting and Electrical fixtures
5. SITE WORK AND SUPPLIERS FOLLOW UP
- Up to 12 site visits for quality control purposes and to make sure of the correct execution of the design by the appointed contractors.
- Visits to Suppliers and Showrooms for goods selection and delivery follow up (ready made Furniture, Fabrics, Curtains manufacture, custom made Furniture, Accessories, carpets, etc.)
- The site visits are charged separately ___$ by visit, with a minimum of one visit a week ,up to 12 visits maximum for the whole period of execution.
