COTTAGE SETTLEMENT “ART-HOUSE”
Architectural project. Draft proposal for the reconstruction of a hotel in Chisinau. We presented our vision of the image of a city hotel for our system customers. The image is quite radical for Chisinau, with the use of hinged wooden facades and light-shielding structures. The facades were developed jointly with the Bankok restaurant project. As well as a rooftop bar SEA.
The modern architecture of the complex is maximally inscribed in the environment and the site topography. The proximity to the Bakhchisarai Reserve determined the principles of landscape planning of the complex, with the maximum preservation of valuable tree species in the territory.

Glass panoramic facades allow you to enjoy grandiose views from the comfort of your home. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, many terraces and balconies blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating harmony of coexistence with nature, without disturbing the delicate balance between man and the outside world.
The restaurant and entertainment block with a swimming pool of impressive size will allow you to get a wide range of entertainment and recreation without leaving the protected area of the complex.
Buildings are erected taking into account the requirements of seismic, the frame is reinforced concrete, the walls are filled with foam blocks. Only natural high-quality materials are used in the decoration: natural stone, wood, glass. Engineering systems – from leading European manufacturers. Glazing – high-quality aluminum profile and energy-saving glass. Cottages are being built with full interior and exterior decoration, including kitchen furniture from leading Italian designers. Terraces, paths and platforms are paved with natural stone (limestone or marble) or special types of valuable wood. The layout of the site with retaining walls made of natural stone, lawns and landscape design is being carried out. Connection to networks is provided: gas, water, electricity, sewerage.
