The apartment was created as an apartment for seasonal rental, which dictated the functionality of the apartment as universal. In a total area of about 70 meters

Apartment design – first steps

The original layout underwent minor changes, as a result of which a podium appeared for communications in one of the bedrooms, which absolutely did not interfere, but, on the contrary, gave the bedroom a certain geometry. The customer gave complete freedom in design, for which many thanks to him for the trust. Effective teamwork made it possible to complete the project in record time.

Apartment design – decisions

Thanks to the use of monochrome colors, it was possible to focus on the rather bright spots of the walnut solid, which were decided in two shades: in the living room – light and in the bedrooms – dark. A bold decision of the architect, to which our progressive customer agreed, was the decision not to partially cover the concrete ceiling in the premises and to distribute the external wiring of the lamps in brass tubes along it. The kitchen area is very austere, in a dark graphite color, next to which there is a non-standard and bright design of a solid walnut dining table.

Apartment design – loft notes

Sitting at the table opens up a wonderful view of the sea. An unusual custom made double sofa divides the dining area from the living room. The artistic accent is the large black and white portrait on the wall. The bedrooms are similar in decoration, also restrained and straightforward, the dark tone of the walnut panels goes well with the velor curtains of the color of chocolate, giving the room a sense of intimacy.

It was also decided to place an emotional black and white portrait in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is decorated in the same way. Travertine and black slate became a good combination, and despite the small size of the bathroom, it was possible to accommodate both a bath and a shower. They decided to support the loft notes with a concrete countertop on which the washbasin was placed.

Apartment design – conclusion

In general, the work on this interior brought pleasure not only to the architects, but also to the contractors who coped with the tasks assigned to them without any problems. The client is very pleased with the result and this apartment has become one of the most successful leased projects over the past holiday season.
